At VEILED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your modest fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point within 7 days of receiving your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund or store credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
